This position acts as a front-line support to implement community-based inclusion services for individuals the agency serves in Multnomah, Clackamas, and Washington Counties.
Providers implement individualized service plan supports for adults with developmental/intellectual disabilities (I/DD) in ways that maximize the independence and self-esteem of individuals served by the agency. These supports include Attendant Care, Skills Training and Day Support Activities.
